1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing, browsing, or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may change these terms; the “Effective date” will update and your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.

When you send email or submit forms through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically at the address you provide, including operational or legal notices where permitted. If we send commercial email subject to the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM Act), we will include a truthful subject line, identify the message as an advertisement where required, include our valid physical postal address, and provide a clear way to opt out of future marketing emails. We do not make structure/function claims, drug claims, or “miracle” style promises about any recipe or ingredient. If online advertising links to this Site, the advertiser—not this Site—is responsible for ensuring that its ads comply with Google Ads policies, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other applicable laws. 3a. Sponsored content & FTC endorsement principles
If we ever publish paid partnerships, gifted products, or affiliate links, we will disclose the material connection clearly and close to the claim, in line with the FTC’s Guides Concerning Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and other applicable FTC guidance. As of the effective date above, the Site does not display paid product placements in editorial recipes; if that changes, this section will be updated.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS; IN THOSE STATES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR SERVICES SPECIFICALLY RELATING TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. 11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vorghalxjlixil.world and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, except where prohibited by law.
12. Governing law, venue & informal dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying another state’s laws. Subject to non-waivable consumer protections in your home jurisdiction, you agree that exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at the email or phone above and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
13. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
